My name is Hanadi, and I’m a mompreneur. Yes, I’m one of those women. I’m a strong, working mommy, who runs her own business. The trendy social term really encompasses the lady boss I’ve grown to be and I love it! In search of a career that would align with my lifestyle and my top priority: being a good mother, while wanting to do something that I was passionate about, Little Leah’s kitchen was born in 2016.
Being a business major with a corporate finance background, I like the idea of thorough business plans. But the truth is, I didn’t choose the entrepreneur life, it chose me, and it all happened so fast. I didn’t have the chance to develop a proper plan. So, like many of us, I made the jump and now I’m trying to figure it all out in real time. You know the saying “when push comes to shove”? Well, life gave me a nice little shove, with a beautiful silver lining. Now I have an outlet for the talent, creativity and passion I’ve always known was within me and with two years under my belt, I’m ready to take LLK to new heights!
Through all the ups and downs, what’s kept me going is the hope that my Sunshine will grow up being proud of her mama! As much as I’m following my passion, I am doing this for her. I want her to learn how to be a strong and independent woman, I want her to see her mom hustle to make her dream come true and know that anything is possible.
When I’m not in the kitchen or spending time with Leah, you can find me appreciating art, organizing, starting my next DIY project or listening to music. I absolutely love the violin!
