Spicy Potatoes (Batata harra) is a homemade Lebanese fries cut into cubes, fried then seasoned with fresh local cilantro, garlic, lemon, and chili flakes. This spicy potato dish is not that spicy, kids can enjoy it as well as adults.

Lebanese fried Cauliflower "Arnabeet" & Eggplant "Batinjen" is one popular dish all across Lebanon. it is crispy and soft at the same time. squeeze some lemon or drizzle some tahini, add to pita and enjoy!

Bulgur & Tomatoes - Burgul b Banadoura
Burgul & Tomatoes (Burgul b banadura) is a great healthier alternative than rice, it is cooked and caramelized with olive oil, onion, garlic and tomatoes then garnished with chickpeas and nuts. this dish has our signature twist for sure! the nuts add a nutty flavour to this vegetarian healthy meal.
served as a main dish or as a side dish next to our delicious Authentic Fatoush.
